Enrollment

o Technology Fee: $100 (Helps offset costs related to computer programs such as Accelerated Math, Accelerated Reading, Rosetta Stone, testing preparation etc.) Will be added to the tuition amount and withdrawn from FACTS on an annual or monthly basis. (Non-Refundable)

o Commitment Fee of $500.00 per family is due to hold child’s seat. This fee is part of the first months installment of the tuition due for the 2017-2018 school year. Commitment fee will be deducted through FACTS account on 4/10/17. Balance of the 1st months tuition will be deducted through the FACTS account on 6/5/17. Otherwise due to limited capacity the student will lose his/her seat to new students.

(The $500.00 commitment fee amount will be split evenly between all children registered. If a student does not attend in August 2017, that portion of the commitment fee will be forfeited).

Tuition

I understand that tuition is an annual sum and I will pay the full tuition amount according to the payment schedule(s) below:

o Plan A – Ten (10) equal installments, the first of which is due by June 5th, 2017, followed by nine (9) monthly payments from September through May, due the fifth of each month.

o Plan B – One installment (less the Commitment Fee) due September 5th, 2017. (Does not apply to voucher families.)

Eman School maintains low base tuition rates to make the school affordable for the entire community. The actual annual cost of education per child per year is higher than the annual tuition charged. This cost is partially offset by both generous and higher income families.

Family income is the sum of both parents gross income (before any taxes) for the year 2016 and before any expenses or fees are deducted.

The following provisions shall apply to all payment plans:

·  Please note: FACTS management charges a late, bounced check fee and a fee if the payments are made via a credit card.

·  In order to reserve my child’s seat in a classroom, the enrollment contract MUST be received by 4/1/17. $500.00 per family commitment fee will be withdrawn from FACTS account on April 10th , 2017. No seats will be reserved without the commitment fee. As a result, a student may lose their seat as new students register and pay the commitment fee. Furthermore, the balance of the first month’s tuition will be withdrawn from the FACTS account on June 6th, 2017. Unless a family declines enrollment before 4/1/2017, continuing families will be enrolled automatically (even if contract is not signed on time) and $500 will be deducted on 4/10/2017.

·  If my child is absent from the Eman Schools for illness, vacation or other reasons, I must continue to pay tuition.

·  If my child begins after the 1st day of school, I understand that seat availability is not guaranteed.

·  The school has the right to terminate student enrollment for failure to pay tuition fees on time.

·  Tuition Refund: Eman Schools has many expenses of a continuing nature that have to be met such as maintenance, salaries, and supplies. To keep tuition as reasonable as possible, it must operate on a carefully prepared budget for the entire year, and it is essential that the annual income from tuition be assured. For this reason it is understood, that students are enrolled for the entire school year. In view of the foregoing, no reduction or remission of tuition or fees can be allowed by the school if a student must withdraw during the school year. The fact that the students tuition and fees are paid in installments does not does NOT constitute a fractional contract.

·  ALL financial obligations, including money owed for tuition, books, test fees, missing library books, and volunteer hours/fees, MUST BE PAID prior to the release of any progress reports, report cards, or transcripts or registration for the next year.

·  Financial Aid Application Process

An application for financial aid is available if needed and is available on the website or upon request.

·  All applications must be completely filled in and YOU MUST provide 2016 tax documents and your most recent Pay stub. Documents should be submitted to the Allisonville Office. Failure to submit a completed, signed application accompanied with all required documents could result in delay or denial of application.

·  Applications must be received by June 1, 2017

·  A letter of Agreement will be mailed out with the final tuition arrangements. Parents must agree and sign letter for financial aid to go into effect.

Withdrawal

·  I am aware that to withdraw my child, I must complete the withdrawal form one month prior to withdrawal, which is available upon request. All applications will be reviewed within 14 days of submission.

·  I cannot apply for withdrawal if my family plans to travel during the school year.

·  I must continue to make monthly payments until the withdrawal form has been approved by the Eman Schools Board.

Medical

·  I agree that my child is in good health and free of communicable diseases each day he/she attends the school. I understand that complete immunization forms, signed by my child’s doctor, must be received no later than the first day of school. Students without PROPER immunization on file CAN NOT attend classes.

·  To ensure that Eman Schools Staff can understand the needs of my child, I will disclose all relevant medical information about my child to Eman Schools including allergies, special needs and any past medical problems.

Other

·  Eman Schools is a not-for-profit organization and in order to minimize the tuition cost, I fully understand that a vital part of the School’s success is based on parent involvement. I further understand that I will be expected to volunteer throughout the year for the benefit of the school. I will volunteer a minimum of 15 hours or donate $150 during the school year.

·  I agree to allow names, photos and videotaping of my child to be used in the School’s publications and in promotional materials.

·  I agree to let our names, address, e-mail address and telephone number be printed in Eman Schools Directory (for School purposes only.)

·  I agree that all information on my application is current and accurate.
