As of April 1, 2015, TheVillage HOA Board of Directors has selected Property Management Solutions to assist in the management of the Whisper Lake and Lexington Woods Community. We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our company and thank you in advance for the pleasure of serving your management needs.

Effective April 1, 2015, please send your regime fees and/or any correspondence to the following address:The Village HOA, P.O. Box 2014, Lexington, SC 29071. Please remember to make all payments by check or money order payable to The Village HOA. Alternatively, you may also drop your payments off at our office located at 201 West Main Street, Lexington SC 29072or make on-line payments through our website at Please contact our office if you’re interested in paying on-line so we may provide you an on-line account number.

During this transition we are askingeach owner to take the time to review the CCR’s, By-Laws, and rules governing The Village HOAto ensure each owner is in compliance. This includes obtaining approval from the Architectural Review Committee prior to building any structure(s) on your lot or making any modifications to the exterior of your home. If your home is a rental, we ask that you ensure your tenants are aware of these documents and are also in compliance. If you need a copy of the CCR’s orBy-Laws,you may download this information from our website at The Village HOA tab.

If you are currently past due on your HOA regime fees or have not made your required payment, please contact our office just as soon as possible so we may assist you in resolving this matter. Proof of payment on all accounts is required for payments made but not credited correctly.

Moving forward and over the next 45 days it is our goal to assist the Board in correcting covenants, violations, and issues that may need resolving within the community. We understand there are many items that need addressing and we will work diligently to resolve them.
