Annual General Meeting and Dinner Dance

The AGM will take place at 12.30pm on Saturday, 2nd December 2017, with the championship prize giving at the Dinner-Dance in the evening. A sandwich lunch will be provided before the AGM from 11.30am.
If you finished in the top three in a championship, or won a trophy at the Race of the Year, you should attend the Dinner Dance to collect your award from our Guest of Honour.
We cannot reserve places so please send your booking form before the closing date of 31st October 2017.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CRMC PRE-BOOKS ALL THE ROOMS IN THE HOTEL FOR SATURDAY NIGHT. IF YOU WOULD LIKE A ROOM ON FRIDAY NIGHT, PLEASE LET US KNOW AND WE CAN BOOK IT FOR YOU AT THE REDUCED RATE.
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE WITH YOUR BOOKING. IF YOU SUBSEQUENTLY CANNOT ATTEND PLEASE LET US KNOW AND IF WE CAN RE-SELL YOUR ROOM WE SHOULD THEN BE ABLE TO REFUND YOU.
The Dinner in the evening will start at 6.30 pm. The dress code is formal. No-one under 16 years of age is able to attend the Dinner Dance unless they hold an ACU race license and are CRMC members.
No tickets will be issued but you will receive confirmation of your booking by letter (if you send us a stamped-addressed envelope) or email shortly after the closing date.
