Client Training Approach
We believe that the success and performance of an enterprise-wide software application is strongly related to efficient usage. At this stage, training becomes more important then ever.
We use various delivery methods to ensure that the training needs of our clients are fully-resolved. These delivery methods can either be used alone and/or as complementary tools to each other as in a hybrid model.
The delivery methods are listed as below:
1-Instructor-led Classroom Training: Equipped with a complete set of training content and curriculum, trainers deliver the content in a laboratory environment in-person. Training for technical staff and key personnel is better provided onsite..
2-Online Streaming Video Training: Enriched with dynamic screen views, online training videos are aimed to give an overview of the modules, how-to tips and general overview. This tool is open to all users of the system anytime, anywhere. It is an efficient complementary delivery methodology.
3-Instructor-led Online Training: This synchronous online delivery model is based on using screen-sharing accompanied by audio conferencing tools. It is aimed to give the performance and feel of a face-to-face classroom training.
At the end of all training sessions, a competency test will be held to understand the training quality and performance. These tests and results will be shared with the customer and the training will be re-delivered in case it is not found satisfactory.
