Breeding Rabbits to follow Fryer Show
Judge will be ARBA Sanctioned Judge, Mary Jo Terry
Breeding Rabbit entries are to arrive on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 between 10:00 am and 8:00 PM ONLY.
They are to be in place by 8:00 pm.
Breeding Rabbits may begin leaving the barn between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm on Saturday, October 8. If they have not left by 5:00 pm they will need to remain until after the Market Sale is over.

1. All General Rules and Regulations apply.
2. Exhibitor is responsible for all feeding and watering during the show. Due to the heat/sun WATER will need to be in place AT ALL TIMES.
3. Breeding Rabbits showing signs of sickness will not be allowed.
4. There is NO LIMIT to the number of entries a single exhibitor may enter.
5. Exhibitor MUST advise on entry form the correct Age, Breed and Variety of the Rabbit:
a. Sex of Rabbit will be broken into Bucks (male) and Does (female).
b. Age of the Rabbit will be broken into the following age groups:
i. Jr is 6 months of age and younger (both large and small breeds)
ii. Inter is 6 – 8 months of age (large breed only)
iii. Sr is 6 months of age and over for small breeds and 8 months of age and over for large breeds.
6. Entry fee will be $5.00 per single entry (one rabbit). Premiums will be paid.
7. There will be a one time $5.00 office charge for the Breeding Rabbit show per exhibitor.
8. Exhibitor must use the 2011 Fannin County Fair Breeding Rabbit Entry Form.
9. Judging will be done according the Standard of Perfection for each breed per ARBA rules. (No pet class however a pedigree is not necessary).
10. Each Breeding Rabbit must have a permanent tattoo in the LEFT ear per ARBA rules.
(If the exhibitor’s rabbit DOES NOT have a tattoo, contact me and I will assist you)

***IMPORTANT INFORMATON***
1) ARBA rules apply to ALL ENTRIES, Judge will be judging by the ARBA guidelines.
2) A permanent ear tattoo must be in the left ear of each entry.
3) ARBA sanctioned breeds only, no PET CLASS available.
4) ALL BREEDING Rabbits must have water available to them at all times, due to extreme heat and possible sun.
