Performance of an individual’s course is assessed at the end of each course. It based on work through out the course where applicable on final semester examination. Course assessment is based upon the following grading system.

A = Excellent

B = Good

C = Average

D = Satisfactory

F = Fail

JOINING INSTRUCTION

Upon making registration, the applicants will be required to consider the following:

a)  Course will commence on …………………. and all students will meet with lecturers for orientation at the college at 8:00am.

b)  Students who will fail to report within three weeks (21 days) from the day of reporting their chances will be taken by the reserved list.

c)  To pay the tuition fees either in full amount or in equal three installments by the time of reporting.

d)  Upon making registration procedures, every students has to pay 5,000 Tshs/= for identity card, 5,000 for caution money.

e)  Bring with you two (2) passport size photographs taken not earlier than six (6) months ago.

f)  If you are employed bring with you the employer’s certificate letter allowing you to attend the course program.

g)  If you have any disability, please bring with you medical statements signed by the medical officer.

h)  Fees paid will not be refunded if a student withdraws or breaks the contract.
