Adoption of Minutes

Minutes of the last meeting adopted and seconded by: Janette Buchanan & Trish Vettrino.

Treasurer’s Report

  • Delay in funding payments from ELC was discussed to be followed up by Liz Gibson. Treasurer Janette Buchanan advised that ABEL was now in the final year 2008/2009 of core funding from ELC and that in the next few month ABEL would be pursuing core funding from ELC for the next 3 years.

Annual Review

  • Caroline Harris introduced the ABEL staff.
  • There has been a 26% increase in numbers of young people receiving a service from ABEL in the last year

Election of the Management Committee is to take place at the next management committee meeting on Thursday 5thJune, 2008

The Awards Ceremony took place at the end of the AGM
