The Complaints Resolution & Monitoring Committee, established by the self-regulatory CMA Marketing Code of Practice: Complementary Medicines & Health Food Products considers complaints received about breaches of the Code including those clauses in relation to the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 and the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code 2007 in ‘below the line material’.

If possible identify sections of the CHC Marketing Code of Practice for Complementary medicines & Health Food Products, the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code or the Therapeutic Goods Act you believe may have been breached. See the above codes for a list of the Clauses that may be applicable.
