Minutes for Brooktree HOA meeting – Tuesday January 12, 2016 –

6:35 pm at First Bank of Missouri on Antioch.

Approve minutes from November 15, 2015 meeting.-DD montioned, Keel second, all approved

Social/Welcoming -- Theo -present

-New resident information:

Sheryl Welch and Patrick Cruise - 4024 NE 57th Place -- Closed 12/21/2015

Joshua Altena -- 4036 NE 59th Street – Closed 01/08/2016

William C Clark, Jr. -- 4013 NE 56th Terrace -- Will Close 02/15/2016

-2016 Social Budget-same as last year

-Easter Egg hunt?-decided not to have this year due to low turnout, early Easter this year and too cold

Pool -- Warren -present

-Update on renovations-in progress, weather permitting should be done by opening.

-Has the pump, filters, and heater at the pool been winterized? Yes

-The security system has also been winterized.

-BBQ’s have been put in bathrooms

Recreation -- Melissa -not present

-Any update on the recreational facilities?

Vice President -- Lisandro –not present

Website -- Kristin -not present

-Update on the website – any new ideas.

-How are we coming on posting the old minutes-looks like January 2015 is the most recent?

Facilities -- Keel – present

-Has the water been shut off? Not yet, NNI wanted it left on and is responsible for shutting it off when they are done

-Keel will get with perfect turf to get tennis court leaves picked up and court cleaned…weather permitting

-Gladstone has been to the house on Myrtle 10 times due to deck debris and dumpster in driveway

Treasurer -- DD (Bookkeeper - Kelly) -present

-Gormly, Rodriguez (Bank of America), Kufeldt, Ott, Postell, Mason, Thompson are current liens.

-Beck is paid

-Kufeldt house is now officially in foreclosure – Trustee sale scheduled for 01/26/2016.

-Update on Pool Gate- should be completed late Jan, mid Feb, weather permitting

-Idea for our opening party if we actually open on Memorial Day-maybe have Scouts perform a ceremony for retired flags from the residents. Kevin will check with the Scouts

-$57.75 was collected from the Tennis Court lights box….Rosetta has the Key for future reference

- Next Babble goes out in April- 4/8 is cutoff and will be delivered 4/16-4/17

Will mention something about pool renovations and possible delays in opening day depending on the weather
