Your New Employee

Some might wonder why this section is labeled “The End” when it is located at the start of the pamphlet. The answer is simple. This is the end of the conventional interview that we just had. It is the end of me trying to convince you why I am similar to the other candidates that want this position. Instead I will introduce you to the values the help me currently and may in turn help you to become successful.

These people are at the heart of everything that I do. One form of motivation that I hope to bring is the visualization of why each person is doing the things they are doing in the gym.

This chart above may show how similar I may be to another candidate. Everything is the same except for the last thing that make me standout from everyone else. It would be Experience. Experience, I believe is the best teacher someone can have in life. It is like nature trial and error experiment. After training for so long I have learned the bad habits as well as improper techniques. I have learned how to fail as well as succeed. I have learned how to thrive in any environment and adapt. I have learned to be a student first before becoming a teacher. Injuries taught me about the resiliency I possess. One injury in particular put me out of all activity for a total of 8 months. This however would not cripple me. It would turn me into who I am today.

A Great Trainer
