In the Procurement Documents JN-B0762 the Following Corrections Must Be Considered

CHANGES OF PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTS-1

FOR PUBLIC PROCUREMENT NO. JN-B0762

In the procurement documents JN-B0762 the following corrections must be considered:

1.)CHAPTER 3.1.2 Technical requirements /Location Nanos (page7, lastbullet)

- instead of:

-powerful built-in PSI / SI generator for processing / repairing / changing of PSI/SI table according to ETSI EN 300468.

- the correct version:

-powerful built-in PSI / SI generator for editing / processing / repairing / changing of PSI/SI table according to ETSI EN 300468

2.)CHAPTER 3.2 WARRANTY (page8, paragraph 1)

- instead of:

The defective hardware will be sent for service to the Bidder. After successful repair the hardware must be sent back to the Contracting Authority where it will be installed in system. After returning the system to the normal state the replacement hardware will be sent back to the Bidder. The complete procedure including shipping, spare parts and repair must be covered by the Bidder.

- the correct version:

The defective hardware will be sent for service to the manufacturer by the Bidder. After successful repair the Bidder send the hardware back to the Contracting Authority where he will install ittothe system. The complete procedure including shipping, spare parts and repair must be covered by the Bidder.

3.)FORM:SAMPLE OF THE CONTRACT, Article 6.1 (page 29, paragraph 1)

- instead of:

If case of defective hardware the Bidder must provide a replacement device at least within 7 days after reported failure.

- the correct version:

THE PARAGRAPH IS DELETED.

4.)FORM: SAMPLE OF THE CONTRACT, Article 6.1 (page 29, paragraph 2)

- instead of:

The defective hardware will be sent for service to the Bidder. After successful repair the hardware must be sent back to the Contracting Authority where it will be installed in system.
