I am a highly skilled individual with 40years’+ experience attained within the Project management/Construction, Construction Cost Management, Sales and training environment. I attained extensive experience in planning, management, coordination and financial control of construction projects, time and risk management and Experience in the initial conception and design of the projects, through its construction, to its completion. Occupational health and safety were always part of all projects.
My greatest accomplishment was designing an automated billing system for the construction industry, with main focus Residential and Light commercial. Associated member QSASA.(Quantity Surveyor)
Conducted training at Massmart(Builders warehouse) and Laduma Hardware group, nationally in Sales, Time management, Life skills, Relationship skills and Estimating.
