Marketing Intern – The Challenge (South London)

The Challenge is a new youth and community programme that exists to ‘inspire and enable a generation to lead social change’. After a successful first year in Southwark, we are looking for a passionate, resourceful and responsible individual to help expand The Challenge in South London.

The Challenge

We believe that young people can be a positive force for change. However, many of our young people are struggling to find their place in society, drifting without clear aspirations for their own future. They have lower confidence, weaker relationships and a lower sense of belonging than their peers in almost all other developed countries. The Challenge exists to change this.

The Challenge buildsyoung people’s confidence, connects them with peers from different backgrounds and inspires them to lead change in their local community. We do this through an intensive three week summer training programme followed by team projects carried out in the local community over a number of weekends through the autumn. To learn more, visit
