Description
HR160 is a basic report of CURRENT employee FTE% and salary information.
Default View of Report
Report Usage
HR160 can be used to provide a simple listing of FTE% and salary data. It can be expanded by adding from a large variety of columns in the Navigation Box. In addition, the following data is available from the Key Figures filter in the Navigation Box:
· Pay Rate w/o LON/INC
· Longevity Rate
· Incentive Rate
Default Variables Entry Screen Exclusions
· Employees who are withdrawn are initially filtered out of this report on the Variables Entry screen. Remove the “0” from Employee Status to include Withdrawn employees in a report.
· Retirees ARE NOT Withdrawn; they are Inactive. So the Employee Group 8 (Retirees) is filtered out of this report on the Variables Entry screen.
Tips
· DO NOT REMOVE the Wage Type or Pay End Date fields from the report. Doing so can skew the results in the Key Figures fields that report FTE and Salary information.
· Annual adjuncts, term adjuncts and graduate assistants DO NOT have basic pay. They are paid via recurring payment and SAP does not report this as basic pay. Therefore, they will probably have a 0No Pay wage type.
· Only the 25% departmental contribution is recorded as Basic Pay for work-study students since their 75% work study grant portion is paid via recurring payment.
· Pay End Date is normally 12/31/9999 unless an employee has an active recurring payment.
· The Pay Rate column is an hourly rate for employees who clock in via Kronos and the monthly pay rate for salaried employees.
· Some employees have additional positions which do not reflect pay or FTE%, such as department heads and faculty with secondary positions in other departments.

HR160 Relationship to Other Reports
HR160 reports only CURRENT basic employee information, even if a person was in more than one position during a calendar year. Most of this basic data is available in other reports, especially as Attributes of the Employee.
HR160 Relationship to R/3
Since BW data is as of the previous day's business, this report will not include any activity that has posted today in R/3.
