NEW JERSEY, December 3, 2015 – American Dream is proud to announce that Tom Billante, President of Carpaccio at the Bal Harbour Shops,along with partner Alex Kalas, will feature threefine dining and signature restaurants inthe property.
Tom Billante, President of Carpaccio said, “We are most inspired by our chefs and staff who have been with us for decades and their passion for our food, service and the customer’s overall dining experience. Our foundation starts with recipes passed down from my mother and her family to which I knew that adding a simple blend of fine, fresh ingredients, paired with the same loving preparation and then finished with the perfect presentation in an elegant and intimate setting would create the exceptional and memorable dining experience that the Carpaccio name has become known for.” Billante added “I am fortunate to have met the Ghermezian family and so strongly believe in their vision that we will be bringing three world-class restaurant concepts to American Dream.”

To create this unique dining space, American Dream has engaged Manhattan-based iCrave – an award-winning industry leader in innovative, high-energy design environments that engage visitors in amazing, trendy and exciting dining experiences.
