1. Visit the Vanderbilt Printing Services Website At

1.  Visit the Vanderbilt Printing Services website at http://printingservices.vanderbilt.edu

2.  Click on the “Business Cards” link at the upper left of the screen.

3.  Enter your VUNet ID and password to access the ordering system.

4.  Locate the card design, #00602045, that is approved for use with this special offer (see graduate student design below), and select quantity “250.” Note: you will enter the promo code #B1021137 when you check out, which will give you the discounted price. Only the card design shown below is eligible for the discount.

5.  Customize the design with your information. For the first line under your name, you will fill in your PhD-degree granting program or department. The second line under your name is optional, but you can use it to indicate your thesis lab. You will be able to choose which types of contact information you want to include on your card.

6.  Review your proof, then add the item to your card and check out.

7.  When checking out, reference promo code #BIO21137 to receive the discounted price. You can enter whatever information you wish for the shipping address, as all cards ordered through this offer will be delivered to the BRET office for dispersal at the March 18 symposium (see number 9).

8.  Your printed business cards will be available for pick up during lunch at the March 18 “Building on Basic Science” symposium. Your $18 payment is due when you pick up your cards. Acceptable forms of payment include a personal check made out to the BRET Office (preferred), or cash, or an 1180 (if your department or lab is paying for the cards). If you are unable to pick up your cards on March 18, contact Kim Petrie on or after March 19 to make alternative arrangements to pick up your cards ()
