  1. Motion to Award a contract for the Indefinite Duration Indefinite Quantities (IDIQ) Engineering Services for the Energy Performance Contract (EPC) for all Federal developments. A Request For Proposals (RFP) was created and posted in the Central Register. The QHA received seven (7) proposals; a Designer Selection Committee was formed consisting of James Marathas, William O’Neill and Richard Mahoney. The proposals were individually reviewed and evaluated with the top two (2) firms selected for an interview. The two firms that received the highest scoring on the evaluations were RDK Engineers and MacRitchie Engineering, both firms were interviewed on December 5, 2016, it was the unanimous decision of the Designer Selection Committee that RDK Engineers be awarded the contract.
  1. Motion to Award and authorize the Contract Officer to execute a construction contract to Action Energy Services Inc. for the Lighting Upgrades at Crowley Court. The contract will result in lighting improvements totally $36,939.00. The work is through the Low Income Multi-Family Retrofit Program offered by National Grid. There is no cost to the Authority for this work.
  1. Motion to Award and authorize the Contract Officer to execute a construction contract to Action Energy Services Inc. for the Lighting Upgrades and Refrigerator Replacement at Snug Harbor. The contract will result in lighting improvements and new refrigerators totally $421,615.00. The work is through the Low Income Multi-Family Retrofit Program offered by National Grid. There is no cost to the Authority for this work.
  1. Motion to Award and authorize the Contract Officer to execute a construction contract to Action Energy Services Inc. for the Installation of New Insulation at West Acres. The contract will result in insulation improvements totally $103,820.04. The work is through the Low Income Multi-Family Retrofit Program offered by National Grid. There is no cost to the Authority for this work.
  1. Motion to Award and authorize the Contract Officer to execute a construction contract to Action Energy Services Inc. for the Installation of New Insulation at Crowley Court. The contract will result in insulation improvements totally $77,883.04. The work is through the Low Income Multi-Family Retrofit Program offered by National Grid. There is no cost to the Authority for this work.
  1. Motion to Award and authorize the Contract Officer to execute a construction contract to Action Energy Services Inc. for the Lighting Upgrades, Water Conservation and Refrigerator Replacement at Sawyer Towers. The contract will result in improvements totally $65,447.00. The work is through the Low Income Multi-Family Retrofit Program offered by National Grid. There is no cost to the Authority for this work.
  1. Motion to Award and authorize the Contract Officer to execute a construction contract to Action Energy Services Inc. for Air Sealing at Riverview. The contract will result in improvements totally $28,832.00. The work is through the Low Income Multi-Family Retrofit Program offered by National Grid. There is no cost to the Authority for this work.
  1. Motion to Award and authorize the Contract Officer to execute a construction contract to Action Energy Services Inc. for the Lighting Upgrades, Water Conservation and Refrigerator Replacement at O’Brien Towers. The contract will result in improvements totally $102,370.00. The work is through the Low Income Multi-Family Retrofit Program offered by National Grid. There is no cost to the Authority for this work.
  1. Motion to Award and authorize the Contract Officer to execute a construction contract to Action Energy Services Inc. for the Lighting Upgrades and Water Conservation at Pagnano Towers. The contract will result in improvements totally $37,391.00. The work is through the Low Income Multi-Family Retrofit Program offered by National Grid. There is no cost to the Authority for this work.
  2. Motion to Award and authorize the Contract Officer to execute a construction contract to Action Energy Services Inc. for the Lighting Upgrades and Water Conservation at Drohan Apartments. The contract will result in improvements totally $8,106.00. The work is through the Low Income Multi-Family Retrofit Program offered by National Grid. There is no cost to the Authority for this work.
  1. Motion to Award and authorize the Contract Officer to execute a construction contract to Action Energy Services Inc., this contract will assume the costs of the demolition work, insulation installation and barrier sealing from the contract with Vareika Construction at Snug Harbor. The contract will result in improvements totally $124,210.00. The balance of Vareika’s contract will be paid with DHCD Formula Funding. The work is through the Low Income Multi-Family Retrofit Program offered by National Grid. There is no cost to the Authority for this work.
  1. Motion to Award and authorize Contract Officer to execute a construction contract to Action Energy Services Inc., for the insulation installation and air ceiling package at Snug Harbor . The contract will result in improvements totaling $1,283,207.00. The work is through the Low Income Multi-Family Retrofit Program offered by National Grid. There is no cost to the authority for this work.
