The best way to understand what is commonly known as "Bobisms" is to realize that there, in many cases, are words missing. See, Bob's genius cannot be slowed by typing every word or using conventional sentence structure. The most entertaining way to decipher a Bobism is to insert a cuss word of your choice for the missing word. Here is a list I have compiled of particularly entertaining Bobisms. Keep in mind most of these quotes comprise the entirety of the email they were sent in. Autocorrect has only exacerbated the issue.
