Duties and Responsibilities:

1.  Generate Proposals/ Quotations based on Customer’s specifications/ requirements.

2.  Sizing/Engineering for Optimal Model Selection that provides the most cost-effective and technically viable solution.

3.  Develop documentation where appropriate, ensuring complete and accurate information is provided to applications & quotes.

4.  Formulate responses for tender submissions/ technical queries

5.  Respond timely and accurately with the provision of design/pricing information to the Sales team for all clients.

6.  In conjunction with the Sales Manager, ensure formal quotations are obtained from 3rd parties for the creation of specific products or services required for the delivery of a designed solution.

7.  Maintain up to date technical information and commercial awareness through achievement of manufacturers’ accreditation requirements, attendance at appropriate seminars and training courses, and understand the markets to be able to identify and recommend products required for any solution.

8.  Monthly sales report to the engineer/manager

9.  Maintain healthy business relationship with clients with prompt responses, telephone calls and emails.

10.  Responsible for the sound execution of the sales by coordination with the Customers/ Principals and internal staff. Obtain approvals on Drawings/ Documentation/ITPs/ TPI etc
