The following Learner Record is made up of my learning from reading six prescribed course books and from coaching sessions I experienced as a coach, a client and an observer as I was completing my coaching course with the Irish Lifecoach Institute (Centre No. 38208M)

This Learner Record focuses on the following three categories:

  1. My enhanced self-awareness
  2. My enhanced confidence and competence in coaching
  3. The clear application of my learning, personally & professionally

The Learner Record is divided into two parts, A & B

Part A is sourced from reading the six prescribed books for the Coaching Course and covers my enhanced self-awareness, and the clear application of my learning personally and professionally. (3000 words – 6 x 500)

Part B is sourced from my use of the coaching skills in coaching sessions throughout the duration of the programme and also my experience as a client and observer over the same period and compiled in four separate Coaching Learner Reports. (1000 words – 4 x 250)
