Since the percentage of reimbursement will not be known until all claims are received and a comparison is made with the amount granted to CSSE, it is impossible to say what is the least amount that will be considered for reimbursement. In the past few years, we have been able to reimburse between 23% and 33% of the claim submitted. / There are many claims to verify and process; please allow from eight to fifteen weeks from deadline for processing.
Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in delays and/or claim not being considered for reimbursement.
CSSE may adjust any claim to conform to these guidelines.
