An Applicant will not be charged a fee to view a property and their references will not be contacted. After the Applicant views a property the Applicant can then decide if Applicant wants to have their application processed. If Applicant chooses to have their application processed there is a $35.00 Non-Refundable Processing Fee andRiverside Realty-Brunswick, Inc. will then verify the Applicant’s information.

Riverside Realty-Brunswick, Inc. requires a U.S. Government Issued Photo Identification for each adult that will be living in the Property. Photo identification needs to be provided at the time the application is turned in to Riverside Realty-Brunswick, Inc.

Applicant hereby authorizes Broker and Broker’s authorized agents to do whatever background and credit check on Applicant Broker or Broker’s agents deem appropriate. This may include among other things obtaining one or more credit reports on Applicant. Such credit report(s) may be obtained before or during the term of the Lease and after the expiration or termination of the Lease as part of any effort to collect rent, costs, fees and charges owing under such Lease. Applicant acknowledges that merely requesting such reports may lower Applicant’s credit score and Applicant expressly consents to the same. The application will be denied if not fully completed by applicant.
