Job Purpose

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the recruitment targets and leading the successful delivery and implementation of an integrated marketing plan to recruit foster parents utilising online and offline media (including, but not limited to PPC, SEO, display advertising, affiliates, radio, CRM, WOM, partnership opportunities, PR, events and social media). The role will include managing a significant advertising and marketing budget.

Accountabilities

  • Full accountability for the leads and recruitment targets of new foster parents vs. budget
  • Development and execution of the company’s dynamicmarketing plan, specifically focussed on qualified lead generation and foster parent recruitment
  • Define and implement the SEO, PPC and digital display advertising
  • Be the technical expert for digital advertising in generating quality leads
  • Managing a significant budget
  • Building and managing tracking, reporting and analytics dashboard
  • Monitoring KPI's and continually optimising to maximise ROI
  • Management and development of the website
  • Development of outstanding creative work and compelling consumer stories
  • Managing lead capture activities including in-coming calls, outgoing calls, website, and respondent database
  • Define and implement the offline channels such as WOM, radio, print, events and PR.
  • Building credible and effective relationships with the senior management team
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on channel performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Line management and development of a small team
  • Close interaction with internal recruitment/lead assessment colleagues
  • Working with a wide range of staff

Experience and Skills Required

Essential

  • Experienced Marketing Professional, with technical expertise in multi-channel consumer direct response marketing.
  • Proven track record in leading and executing bothonline and offline marketing (Consumer).
  • Strong leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships.
  • Ability to manage creative agencies to deliver outstanding creative work.
  • Experience of tracking codes and Google Analytics.
  • Proven ability to manage a significant budget.
  • Line management
  • Ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation plans.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral (in English).
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work on various projects simultaneously, under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of databases and CRM platforms.
  • Ability in creating concise strategic presentations.
