MOVE IN:
Thursday, September 10, 2015 from 12:00(Noon) to 8:00pm – All Exhibitors MUST move in on Thursday until 8:00pm. If your booth is listed below, you can ONLY move in on Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
* Please report to the NORTH BUILDING Loading Dock (use the West Ramp)

MARSHALLING YARD:
All vehicles that need to drive their vehicle onto the show floor, must first report to the MTCC Vehicle Marshalling Yard, located at 120 Cherry Street. From there you will be prompted when you can access the floor and directed to the West Ramp of the MTCC.
MOVE OUT:
Sunday, September 13th, 2015 6:30pm to 12:00 Midnight
There is no dismantling, removal or packing of exhibits permitted before 6:00pm on Sunday. There is NO Move Out on Monday.
On-Site Show Office:
The Canada’s Bridal Show management will be available throughout the weekend to assist exhibitors. The office will be located on the main level of the MTCC room 203BD from Thursday, September 10th and anytime throughout the weekend.
Work Badges:
You will receive 4 badges for every 10’X10’ booth. Badges can be picked up and signed for in the show office. They can be left in the show office at the end of each day for your staff to pick up for the next day. The badges are
non-transferable within the same day. Once the badge is stamped for the day it cannot be reused that same day. Day Passes may be purchased at the show office for a fee of $8.00 per day/per person. **Note: Once all badges are signed out, and/or if they are not returned to the show office, your other employees will have to pay for a day pass to access the show floor. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Show Hours: Fashion Show Hours:
Friday: 5:00pm to 10:00pm Friday: 7:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am to 9:00pm Saturday: 2:00pm & 7:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am to 6:00pm Sunday: 3:00pm
