Joan and Stephanie Boehnke joined a group of ladies for supper out in Henry Thursday evening.
Wednesday, Jill Flood of Hazel treated Donna Kittelson to a birthday luncheon in Watertown. Joining the ladies were Gladys Jorgenson and Jane Boettcher of Watertown. That evening Kathy Wookey of Clark treated Donna to supper out in Henry. They were joined by Bridgett Wookey of Watertown and Joy and Gayle Wookey of Clark.
Becky and Elizabeth Barthel of Watertown, Darlene and Marlou Audus, Janet Wren and Chantell, Janet Gehrke and family all of Clark and Myron and Diane Eidsness, and Callie and Leif Eidsness attended the Clark County Snow Queen Pageant in Clark Saturday evening. Kailey Eidsness was crowned 2nd runner up.
Saturday evening, Joan and Stephanie Boehnke also attended the Clark Snow Queen Pageant. Afterwards, Joan treated Stephanie to supper out in Clark.
Bonita Sharp visited with her mom, Betty Keyes in Clark on Thursday morning.
Jennifer Briggs, Desi and Alex, rural Watertown, Breanne Bjerke, Kaleb and Raelyn of Aberdeen were Sunday afternoon visitors at the Cokey Johnson home. Becca Bjerke, who is attending SDSU, also spent the weekend at the Johnson home.
Floyd Kittelson treated Donna to birthday supper out on Thursday evening.
Wendell and Alice Bruns attended the wedding of Brooke Bruns and Tony Jacobson at the Joy Ranch on Saturday. Later, they attended the reception and dance that was held at the Bradley Community Center.
Several friends and relatives attended the surprise birthday party for Rod Jans Saturday evening at the Jans’ farm.
Stephanie Boehnke returned to Vermillion on Sunday after spending the long weekend at her parents’ home.
Wes and Betty Holida of Naples visited Arlen Swedeen on Sunday evening.
Terry and Judy Kos visited Judy’s sister, Joanne Berglund at Prairie Lakes Hospital in Watertown several times this past week.
Nicky, Trinity and Taylor Watson and Bonita Sharp called on Betty Keyes at her home in Clark on Saturday morning.
Vicky Burchatz and Cindy Wientjes of Watertown and Cheryl Hovde treated Donna Kittelson to a noon birthday luncheon in Watertown on Friday.
Lisa Bludorn of Mitchell spent the weekend with Ruth Bludorn.
Peggy and Emily Bastian drove to Volga on Thursday to the Clay and Aimee Bastian home. Taylor Bastian returned to Henry with the ladies and stayed at the Bastian home until Saturday when the Bastians returned her to her Volga home.
Monday evening, Joan Boehnke attended the monthly meeting of her Extension Homemakers’ Club in Clark.
Saturday, Cindy Wientjes, Spencer and Hunter of Watertown and Donna Kittelson drove to Aberdeen to watch Riley McNeil play basketball. Jackie (Berens) McNeil is the coach for Riley’s 5th grade team. Later Jackie treated Donna to a birthday lunch in Aberdeen. They all gathered at the McNeil home in Warner later.
Nicole, Karli and Kylynn Sharp were Saturday evening supper guess at the Danny and Bonita Sharp home.
