Date & Time

Only a start date is required. To create a range of days, include an end date. To create re-occurring events at this time, copy the event after it has been submitted. You can then edit the copied events with the new dates.

Entering time: In addition to using the select box, times can be entered by typing.

·  2:00pm: Can be entered as 2p, 14, 1400

·  11:30pm: Can be entered as 11:30p, 2330

Location

Location: Location works dynamically, for instance: if you’d like to add a concert that is taking place in Reynolds Recital Hall, first choose the building “Howard Hall”, then “Reynolds Recital Hall” will be an available option in the next box. Alternately, you can add your own Room info, if it is an uncommon place. For example, fill in Custom Location with “Room 206” or “Lower atrium”

Contact Information

Information entered into Contact Information is public and listed on your event.

Begin by typing a keyword from your department name (avoid words like “the,” “and,” etc.) and select your department.
