The Italian Forum onIndustrial Biotechnology and Bioeconomy 2013 – IFIB2013is a workshop organized byAssobiotec - the Italian Association for the development of biotechnology– together withInnovhub-SSI,the Italian Biocatalysis Centerand the Chamber of Commerce of Naples– aimed at making a survey of research projects in the industrial biotechnology field with the goal to strengthen the network in the Euro-Mediterranean area and to promote industry-university partnerships.

The “EEN Biotech and Bioeconomy Partnering Event – IFIB 2013” is organized in the framework of the IFIB workshop and offers the chance to meet potential partners in pre-arrangedface-to-facebilateral meetingsin order to establish new cooperation opportunities in research, technology transfer and business.

The “EEN Biotech and Bioeconomy Partnering Event – IFIB 2013” is organized in co-operationwith:Consorzio Technapoli, EEN Sector Group BioChemTech, Federchimica – Assobiotec, ItalianBiocataysisCenter,FINPIEMONTE SpA.

- Profiles are published in a constantly updated onlinecatalogue.

- Participants can select interesting profiles from thecatalogue and request meetings.

- Bilateral Meetings of 30 minutes are scheduled by thenetwork staff.

- Individual schedules will be sent out to the participantsprior to the event.

- Bilateral meetings take place on 22 – 23 October 2013
