Edenton Planning Board:

  • May 2007: No meetings.

Edenton Board of Adjustment:

  • May 2007: Case No. BOA-07-02: Application of Appeal of the Edenton Historic Preservation Commission’s ruling regarding Maria Jennette’s application for installation of composite porch floor decking located at 301 South Oakum Street. The Board upheld the Preservation Commission’s decision (4-0).

Edenton Preservation Commission:

  • May 2007 – 8 Major and 5 Minor Certificates of Appropriateness (COA’s) Approved.

Edenton-Chowan Technical Review Committee (TRC):

May 2007–No Meetings.

County Planning Board:

  • Edenton Historic District Expansion – Public meeting held May 14, 2007 for input on proposed National Register Expansion District.
  • Land Use Plan Advisory Committee – Land Use Plan in final draft stages, grant closeout scheduled for June 2007.
  • Affordable Housing Commission – Staff meeting to plan next presentation to the Commission.
