HEALTHCARE PLACEMENT FIRM GETS HIGH MARKS IN CLIENT SURVEY
Nielsen Healthcare Group, a national interim healthcare leader placement firm in St. Louis, is doing a great job of providing high-quality candidates for its clients to choose from, according to a recent survey it commissioned. The survey also confirmed that Nielsen is an ace at providing customer service.
The telephone survey was conducted in April and included 133 possible respondents from among Nielsen's 2011-2012 placements. The firm matches qualified interim leaders with hospitals, home health agencies, nursing care facilities, medical groups, and other healthcare clients nationwide. Eighteen clients completed the survey, representing 21 healthcare facilities, for a healthy response rate of 13.5 percent. One of the respondents has used Nielsen’s services eight times!
Among the results:
- Eighty-six percent of respondents to a question on Nielsen candidates’ quality rated them as "good" or "excellent."
- Eighty-eight percent who responded to a question on Nielsen’s response time rated it as "excellent."

In addition, Nielsen makes sure that all candidates presented for a client’sconsideration have recently served elsewhere in the requested position and possess a minimum of three relevant, written managerial or professional references and provides written references.
