CONTRACTORS/ELECTRICIANS/DATA CABLING CONTRACTORS

/ENGINEERS, AIR CONDIONING CONTRACTORS/CARPENTERS/ AIR CONDITIONING CONTRACTORS/CARPENTERS/PLUMBERS/

STATIONERY SUPPLIER/ADVERTISERS/ VENDERS OF GLOW SIGN BOARD

Bank of India intends to form panels of Architects/Contractors/Consultants /Electricians/ContractorsAirconditioning work/ Carpenters/Plumbers/Stationery Suppliers/Advertisers/Venders for Glow sign Boards/ Messons for civil work for carrying out various types of construction, repairing and interior furnishing work of Branches in Punjab and J&K , Amritsar Zonal office and Bank’s own residences in Amritsar. The various panels will be as detailed here under:-

  1. Pre-qualification criteria for selection of vendors are as under:-

(1)(a) Architects for Interior Furnishing/Renovation/Repair job :up

ToRs.20 lacs

(i)The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on 31.03.2017. Architects should be B.Arch/BE(Civil) and must be registered with Institute of Architects/Institute of Engineers.

(ii)The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up preferably in Punjab and for J&K branches preferably in the state of J&K.

(iii)The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed

-1 job of Rs 20 lac or

-2 jobs of 10 lac or

-3 jobs of 8 lac

interior furnishing projects of PSU/Government of India Undertaking. The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed projects of maintenance / repairs of premises of commercial / institutional / residential buildings.

(b) Architects for Interior Furnishing/Renovation/Repair

Work job above Rs.20 lac andupto Rs.100 lac

i) The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on 31.03.2017. Architects should be B.Arch/BE(Civil) and must be registered with Institute of Architects/Institute of Engineers.

ii-- The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up preferably in Punjab and for J&K branches preferably in the state of J&K.

iii The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed

  1. 1 job of Rs 80 lac or
  1. 2 jobs of 40 lac or
  2. 4 jobs of 25 lac

interior furnishing projects of PSU/Government of India Undertaking. The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed projects of maintenance / repairs of premises of commercial / institutional / residential buildings.

(c) Architects for Interior Furnishing/Renovation/Repair job: above Rs.100 lac and up to Rs. 500.00 Lacs

i)The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on 31.03.2017. Architects should be B.Arch/BE(Civil) and must be registered with Institute of Architects/Institute of Engineers.

ii) The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up preferably in Punjab and for J&K branches preferably in the state of J&K.

iii)The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed

  1. 1 job of Rs 400 lac or
  1. 2 jobs of 250 lac or
  2. 3 jobs of 200 lac

interior furnishing projects of PSU/Government of India Undertaking. The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed projects of maintenance / repairs of premises of commercial / institutional / residential buildings.

(2)Interior Furnishing Contractors:

(a)The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on 31.03.2017 in executing interior furnishing of official premises of commercial buildings. Firm should have sale tax/ Vat and service tax number issued by respective department.

(b)The average financial turnover during last 3 years ended on 31.03.2017 shall be at least

(i)Rs.15 lacs p.a.for panel upto Rs. 10 lac

(ii)Rs. 20lacs p.a.for panel above Rs.10 lac and upto Rs.25 lac

(iii)Rs 40lacs p.a.for panel above Rs.25 lac and upto Rs.50 lac

(iv)Rs.80lacs p.a.for panel above Rs.50 lac and above

(c) The / Firm / must have / experience of having successfully
completed / projects of / interior furnishing of official premises

of commercial / institutional buildings costing as mentioned hereunder during last 3 years

(i)for panels upto Rs. 10 lac –

-3 jobs of Rs. 4 lac each or

-2 jobs of Rs.5 lac each or

-1 job of Rs.8 lac.

(ii)for panels above Rs.10 lac and upto Rs.25 lac

-3 jobs of Rs.10 lac each or

-2 jobs of Rs.12.5 lac each or

-1 job of Rs.20 lac.

(iii)for panels above Rs.25 lac and upto Rs.50 lac

-3 jobs of Rs.20 lac each or

-2 jobs of Rs.30 lac each or

-1 job of Rs.40 lac.

(iv)for panels above Rs.50 lac and upto Rs.100 lac –

-3 jobs of Rs.40 lac each or

-2 jobs of Rs.50 lac each or

-1 job of Rs.80 lac.

(d)The Firm must have worked for Government / Public Sector Undertakings / Banks and shall not have any discouraging / adverse report against their past performance.

(e)The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up preferably in Punjab and for J&K branches preferably in the state of J&K.

(3)Electrical Contractors:

(a)The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on 31.03.2017 in electrical work of commercial / institutional / residential buildings. Firm should have sale tax/ Vat and service tax number issued by respective department.Electrical Engineer should have qualification BE or B.Tech or ITI/Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

(b)The average financial turnover during the last 3 years ended on 31.03.2017 shall be at least –

  1. Rs. 2 lacs p.a.for panels upto Rs.3 lac .
  1. Rs.8 lacs p.a.for panels above Rs. 3 lac and upto Rs.10 lac.
  1. Rs.10lacs p.a.for panels above Rs.10 lac .

(c)The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed electrical work of commercial / institutional / residential

building of Public Sector Undertakings / Government Undertaking etc. having minimum costing as mentioned hereunder :-

(i)for panels upto Rs.3 lac –

-3 jobs of Rs.1.2 lac each or

-2 jobs of Rs.1.5 lac each or

-1 job of Rs.2.4 lac.

(ii)for panels above Rs. 3 lac and upto Rs.10 lac

-3 jobs of Rs. 4 lac each or

-2 jobs of Rs.5 lac each or

-1 job of Rs.8 lac.

(iii)for panels above Rs.10 lac

-3 jobs of Rs.8 lac each or

-2 jobs of Rs.10 lac each or

-1 jobs of Rs.16 lac

(d)The Firm must have worked for Government / Public Sector Undertakings / Banks and shall not have any discouraging / adverse reports against their par performance.

(e)The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up preferably in Punjab and for J&K branches preferably in the state of J&K.

( 4) Data Cabling Contractors/Engineers

( a) The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on

31.03.2017 in Data Cabling work of commercial / institutional / residential buildings.Firm should have sale tax/ Vat and service tax number issued by respective department. Engineer should have qualification BE or B.Tech or Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Engineering.

(b) The average financial turnover during the last 3 years ended on

31.03.2017 shall be at least –

  1. Rs.80000/- p.a. for panels upto Rs.1 lac .
  1. Rs.4 lac p.a for panels above Rs. 1 lac and upto Rs.5 lac

©The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed Data cabling work of commercial / institutional

building of Public Sector Undertakings / Government Undertaking etc. having minimum costing as mentioned hereunder :-

(iv)for panels upto Rs.1 lac –

-3 jobs of Rs.0.40 lac each or

-2 jobs of Rs.0.50 lac each or

-1 job of Rs.0.80 lac.

(v)for panels above Rs.1 lac and upto Rs.5 lac

-3 jobs of Rs. 2 lac each or

-2 jobs of Rs.2.5 lac each or

-1 job of Rs.4 lac.

(d)The Firm must have worked for Government / Public Sector Undertakings / Banks and shall not have any discouraging / adverse reports against their par performance.

(e)The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up preferably in Punjab and for J&K branches preferably in the state of J&K.

( 5) Air conditioning contractors

( a) The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on

31.03.2017 for supplying, installation and after sale service of reputed brand of AC units like Daken, Blue Star, Voltas at commercial / institutional / residential buildings Public Sector Undertakings / Government Undertaking etc..

(b) The average financial turnover during the last 3 years ended on

31.03.2017 shall be at least –

  1. Rs.1.60 lac p.a. for panels upto Rs.2 lac
  1. Rs.4 lac p.a.for panels above Rs. 2 lac and upto Rs.5 lac

iii Rs. 10 lacs p.a.for panel above Rs. 5.00 lacs

  1. The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed for supplying, installation and after sale service of reputed brand of AC units like Daken, Blue Star, Voltas of commercial / institutional

building of Public Sector Undertakings / Government Undertaking etc. having minimum costing as mentioned hereunder :-

(vi)for panels upto Rs.2 lac –

-3 jobs of Rs.0.80 lac each or

-2 jobs of Rs.1.00 lac each or

-1 job of Rs.1.60 lac.

(vii)for panels above Rs.2 lac and upto Rs.5 lac

-3 jobs of Rs. 2 lac each or

-2 jobs of Rs.2.5 lac each or

-1 job of Rs.4 lac.

  1. The Firm must have worked for Government / Public Sector Undertakings / Banks and shall not have any discouraging / adverse reports against their par performance.
  2. The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up preferably in Punjab and for J&K branches preferably in the state of J&K.

( 6) Electricians

The Individuals/ Firms must have minimum 5 years experience as on

31.03.2017of repair work of electrical at commercial / institutional / residential buildings Public Sector Undertakings / Government Undertaking etc.having minimum costing as mentioned hereunder :-

i)For panel of repair works up to Rs.10000

-- 1 job of Rs.8000

-- 2 Jobs of Rs. 5000

-- 3 jobs of Rs. 4000

ii) For panel over Rs.10000 and up to Rs. 100000

-- 1 job of Rs.80000

-- 2 Jobs of Rs. 50000

-- 3 jobs of Rs. 40000

The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up in Amritsar only.

(7) Carpenters:

The Individuals must have minimum 5 years experience as on

31.03.2017 of carpenter at commercial / institutional / residential buildings etc.having minimum costing as mentioned hereunder :-

i)For panel of Job up to Rs.50000

-- 1 job of Rs.40000

-- 2 Jobs of Rs. 25000

-- 3 jobs of Rs. 20000

ii) For panel over Rs.50000 and up to Rs. 100000

-- 1 job of Rs.80000

-- 2 Jobs of Rs. 50000

-- 3 jobs of Rs. 40000

The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up in Amritsar City only.

(8) Plumbers

The Individuals must have minimum 3 years experience as on

31.03.2017 of plumbing work at commercial / institutional / residential buildings etc.having minimum costing as mentioned hereunder :-

i)For panel of Job up to Rs.50000

-- 1 job of Rs.40000

-- 2 Jobs of Rs. 25000

-- 3 jobs of Rs. 20000

ii) For panel over Rs.50000 and up to Rs. 100000

-- 1 job of Rs.80000

-- 2 Jobs of Rs. 50000

-- 3 jobs of Rs. 40000

The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up in Amritsar City only.

(9) Mesons/ Contractors for civil work

Mesons for work up to Rs. 1.00 Lacs must have experience three years of masonry work of commercial, residential buildings.

The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up in Amritsar city only.

Contractors for civil work

(a)The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on 31.03.2017 in executing civil work of official premises of commercial buildings.

(b)The average financial turnover during last 3 years ended on 31.03.2017 shall be at lease

i)Rs. 2 lacs p.a.for panel upto Rs. 3 lac

ii)Rs.4 lacs p.a.for panel above Rs.3 lac and upto Rs.5 lac

iii)Rs.8 lacs.p.a.for panel above Rs.5 lac and upto Rs.10 lac

iv) Rs.80lacs p.a. for panel above Rs.10 lac and upto Rs 100 lac

v) Rs.200lacs.p.a.for Panel over Rs.100 Lacs

(c) The / Firm / must have / experience of having successfully
completed / projects of / Civil work of official premises

of commercial / institutional buildings costing as mentioned hereunder during last 3 years

(i)for panels upto Rs. 3 lac –

-3 jobs of Rs.0.80 lac each or

-2 jobs of Rs.1.50 lac each or

-1 job of Rs.2.50 lac.

(ii)for panels above Rs.3 lac and upto Rs. 5 lac

-3 jobs of Rs.2.00 lac each or

-2 jobs of Rs.2.5 lac each or

-1 job of Rs.4.00 lac.

(iii)for panels above Rs.5.00 lac and upto Rs.10.00 lac

-3 jobs of Rs.4.00 lac each or

-2 jobs of Rs.5.00 lac each or

-1 job of Rs.8.00 lac.

(iv)for panels above Rs.10 lac and upto Rs.100 lac –

-3 jobs of Rs.40 lac each or

-2 jobs of Rs.50 lac each or

-1 job of Rs.80 lac.

(v)for panels above Rs.100 lac upto Rs.500 lacs

-3 jobs of Rs.200.00 lac each or

-2 jobs of Rs.250.00 lac each or

-1 job of Rs.400.00 lac.

d.The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up preferably in Punjab and for J&K branches preferably in the state of J&K.

( 10) Advertising Agencies:

Tenders are invited from advertising agencies who deal in advertisement in various leading news papers of Punjab and J&K for empanelment on bank’s approved list. The Individuals/ Firms must have minimum 5 years experience as on

31.03.2017 in this line of business. All the eligible venders should submit their applications for empanelment along with requisite proof. They should have proper set up in Amritsar city.

( 11) Venders for Glow sign :

Tenders are invited for empanelment of firms/ Individuals who deal in glow sign board of 3M quality and able to provide guarantee of five years from the manufacturer.

(a)The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on 31.03.2017 of dealing in sign board and should have agencies arrangement with manufacturers of 3M quality material.

(b)The average financial turnover during last 3 years ended on 31.03.2017 shall be at lease Rs. 50.00 Lacs and above.

( 12) Stationery suppliers :

Tenders are invited from suppliers of various stationery items including paper and computer stationery at competitive rate. The delivery of stationery will be at site. The Individuals/ Firms must have minimum 5 years experience as on 31.03.2017 in this line of business. All the eligible venders should submit their applications for empanelment along with requisite proof. They should have proper set up in Amritsar city.

  1. The intending firm should submit documentary evidence for the turnover for last 3 years and experience claimed, Sale tax/Vat, Service tax number, PAN number, KYC documents,failing which, the relevant information will not be considered.
  1. Blank prescribed pre-qualification forms will be available during office hours up to 19.06.2017 from 10.00 A.M to 4.00 P.m. from Monday to Saturday(Except 2nd Saturday being holiday)

They have to enclose a Pay Order / Demand Draft for Rs.500/- in favour of Bank of India while submitting the application form duly filled in, in all respects, failing which, their applications will be liable for rejection.
  1.   2. Bank of India reserves the right to consider select or reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason whatsoever. Please also note that till finalization of new penal, the existing empanelled Architect/venders will continue to work as per previous terms.

Intending Applicants are required to submit their applications with full particulars, giving details about their organization, experience, technical personnel in their organization, competence and adequate evidence of their financial standing, etc. in the enclosed form, which will be kept confidential.
  1. While deciding upon the selection of contractors, emphasis will be given on the ability and competence of applicants to do good quality works within the specified time schedule and in close co-ordination with other agencies.
  1. Decision of the Bank in regard to Enlistment of contractors will be final. The Bank is not bound to assign any reason thereof.
  1. Each page of the application shall be signed by the Applicant. The application shall be signed by person/persons on behalf of the organization having necessary authorization/Power of Attorney to do so.
  1. If the space in this form is insufficient for furnishing full details, such information may be continued on separate sheets of paper, stating therein the part of the form and serial number. Separate sheets shall be used for each part.
