After you’ve made your selections, please respond with your choices. We would like to suggest several simple ways to accomplish this:

For Summer 2013 S/DG enrollment, we again offer a form-fill website option, in addition to retaining the former options of mailing, emailing, phoning, or dropping off enrollment choices at the Franklin Center:

  • Review the topics on the website at:
  • Members may use our form-fill webpage, with convenient pull-down selections for S/DG's and day/time availability, at
  • Instructions on the webpage will guide you through the simple, quick process.
  • You will receive email acknowledgement of your selections.

Click on the web address above or copy it to your web browser to try it out. The standard website UserName "owlsrus" and the current Password will be required to enter the webpage. Email if you forgot the password.

Another straightforward way is to reply to this email with the following information:

  1. Your name,
  2. The number of courses you wish to take (especially if the number is zero, i.e. you will not be taking any courses in the Summer),
  3. Your course selection(s) in priority order, including the three letter identifiers; include backup choices,
  4. Times when you are not available (1st and 3rd weeks/day of the week or 2nd and 4th weeks/day of the week and morning/afternoon),
  5. Courses that you would be willing to coordinate (or co-coordinate), and
  6. Any friends that you want to be in the same class with in case of a split.

Alternatively, you might print out the enrollment form you will find on the Website and fill it in. The completed form can then be:

  1. Deposited in the Curriculum Committee box in Room 7.
  1. Sent via US Mail to the following address:

Omnilore – OLLI at CSUDH

College of Extended & International Education

PMB 236

P. O. Box 7000

Redondo Beach, CA 90277-8710

  1. Scanned and attached to a responding email.

HOWEVER YOU CHOOSE, please respond with your information NOT LATER THAN FEBRUARY 22ND.

Thank you again for helping us take this next step toward a more automated, less wasteful and less expensive enrollment process.
