PRESCHOOL HOURS – Hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
PRESCHOOL FEES - ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE on each Monday.
Tuition must be paid weekly regardless of absences, holidays, etc.
Weekly Part Time (space availability)
Monday – Friday $90.00 – 6 wks to 11 mo. Three days a week $65.00
Monday – Friday $90.00 – 12 mo. to 23 mo. Two days a week $45.00
Monday – Friday $85.00 – 2 yrs.
Monday – Friday $85.00 – 3 yrs.
Monday—Friday $80.00 – 4yrs. to 5yrs
After School Care Drop In Rate (space availability)
Monday – Friday $44.00 (Part Day Rate) $20.00 per day
Summer Time Rate $80.00 (Full Day Rate)
Holiday Rate $8.00 additional per day
Tuition rates include morning snack, hot lunch and afternoon snacks.
LATE CHARGES & PAYMENTS
A late charge of $5.00 PER DAY will be automatically calculated for payments not received on Monday or in advance. There will be a $20.00 charge for all returned checks. The preschool reserves the right to terminate child care services in the event of overdue charges, excessive late payments or returned checks. There will be a $1.00 per minute late charge for children picked up after 6:00 p.m.
REGISTRATION FEE
A registration fee of $50.00 per family is payable at the time of enrollment. This fee is non-refundable.
SUPPLY FEE
A supply fee of $45.00 per student is due quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st for all children enrolled.
VACATION LEAVE
Families who are enrolled in the full preschool program and pay their tuition fees on time will accrue one week of vacation leave at the end of each 12 month period.
EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVIITES
Any charges incurred by these activities will be made known to you in advance. This fee must be paid directly to the office.
HOLIDAYS
The holidays taken by Primary Colors Preschool are:
New Year’s Day Good Friday
Memorial Day 4th of July
Labor Day Thanksgiving Day & the following Friday
Christmas Eve Christmas Day
Holidays that fall on a weekend day will be taken the Friday before or the Monday after.
All holidays will be posted by Primary Colors Preschool and may NOT be deducted from weekly fees.
