  • Balance

The body’s ability to stabilize itself and reach a state of equilibrium through an even distribution of weight. Balance produces better coordination for the body’s self-control in its space. Balance also enables us to bring each component together in order to produce “360 of Total Body Fitness”.

  • Endurance:This is the cardiovascular system’s ability to supply oxygen-rich blood to the muscles and support the body under different exercises by providing energy, even without the presence of oxygen. Endurance elong and steady aerobic exercise (a spinning class) or explosive anaerobic (sprint).
  • Mobility:Mobility is related to a joint’s ability to move in full range of motion. It is not the same as flexibility. Although closely related, flexibility is the ability to stretch a single muscle while mobility focuses on moving a system of joints and muscles through a full range of motion. Proper mobility prevents injury, as it allows the body to perform exercises with correct form. Establishing correct mobility also assists in relieving joint pain.
  • Strength:The ability to move or sustain various loads with the body’s muscles. Strength is important in developing the body’s lean muscle mass and generating muscular symmetry, which increases the body’s metabolic rate and helps with weight loss.
  • Power:This is the body’s ability of generating fast and explosive movement, which are important for sports and life in general. It is a combination of strengthand speed. Power moves burn a lot of calories.
  • Nutrition:The way in which our body reacts to the various food groups and the process in which our metabolism utilizes these food groups, when they are consumed to produce energy and sustain life’s functions. Proper nutrition is the foundation to

achieving 360 of fitness.

Exclusive of LOA Fitness Miami Lakes, TBF TT is a results driven personal and group training system created to achieve the goals of our athletes by improving each component of the 360° of TBF. Each session improves balance, endurance, mobility, strength and power, while also providing nutritional guidelines to help our athletes reach and exceed their goals. Program includes personal sessions with the trainers and group sessions with the TT coaches. Through Functional fitness our goal s to is to create Total body Fit.

Class Description

Fit Dance: Dance yourself into a fitter you in each class! Move, shake and groove through a variety of Latinrhythms that will help you burn calories and sweat!55 min.

Step 3:Train your balance, endurance, mobility and strength utilizing the Step 360. Receive full body training by moving from exercise to exercise while incorporating your core in every move. 55min

Yoga-lates: Combination of Yoga and Pilates postures to work your mobility and core strength.55min

Kickboxing: A series of exercise combinations that include martial art techniques with different fitness components that will test participants’ endurance and power. 55min

Tone and Fit: In this workout we utilize different training tools (med balls, BBars, Dumbells, SBalls) to work on a full body approach to fitness. 55min

Step: Choreographed aerobic workout utilizing the step work your endurance and coordination in every class. 55min

Zumba: Join the party! Come and dance to the beat of rhythms of the world with Zumba. 55min

Latin beat: A combination of dance and strength exercise that fuse into a fun and challenging workout. 55min

Aerobics: Choreography based movement patterns that build up to create a great cardiovascular endurance workout. 55min

Abs & Legs: In this class we target these two specific areas of the body to strengthen and condition your legs and core. 55min

Mobility and Core: This workout includes a dynamic warm up made to help the body perform and move better, followed by a killer abdominal specific workout that will help you get a stronger core. 55min

Strength and Conditioning:This class incorporates a combination of strength and endurance exercises with strength training equipment in a nonstop format that creates a challenging workout. 55min

Boxing Fit: Boxing drills,routines made to fight away those calories in every punch! 55min

Belly Dance: Dance the Middle Eastern dance that is both sexy and mysterious while you work on your mobility and coordination. 55min

Yoga: A series of breathing and movement patterns to challenge the body as well as the mind as you gain mobility and balance in every workout. 55min.
