5. Q: Will vFusion work with my existing applications and data models?
A: Yes. vFusion is SIF (Schools Interoperability Framework) compliant and can interface with almost any existing application.

A: vFusion is designed to remain secure in the harshest environment of the world: school. System authentication and communication between the server and user can be secured using SSL encryption. Furthermore, the database where the sensitive data resides is completely isolated from the presentation layer by means of the multi-tiered application design.
10. Q: Is Active Directory Authentication possible?
A: Yes. This capability is built into vFusion.
11. Q: Does the system work with any relational database, or are the customers compelled to buy specific database software?
A: Many competing systems only work with one or two specific relational databases like SQL or Oracle. This often requires another expensive software purchase. vFusion works with any relational database.
