INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRODUCTION OF FULL PAPERS

I. GENERAL

- Final papers must be uploaded to the conference web site by following the procedure described in the acceptance letter. PDF format is required. The size of the document cannot exceed 250 kb.

The pre-prints will be produced using «camera ready» copies , so please keep to these instructions as strictly as possible
.

The texst should be single spaced, and left and right justified.

- Print on one side of A4 only.
- Paper should be typed single line spacing spacing 14,4 pt oon white A4 (ISO 210 x 297 mm) or equivalent paper. . Please ensure a good and clean print quality. 12 point Times New Roman must be used throughout your paper.

A traditional font typeface is preferred, if possible use:

Times New Roman, Time Roman or Palatino.

Font size 12.

Use centred paragraph alignement,i.e. the width of left and right margins should be identical.

The text should not be wider thant 17 cm, and the length of the text should not exceed 24 cm. The margins should be as follows :

top and bottom 2,54 cm / left and right 3,17 cm
- Do NOT number the pages !

Papers should ABSOLUTELY NOT not exceed 15 pages in length including appendices (we have accepted a large number of contributions and the limit is necessary in order to keep the size of the pre-prints manageable).

II. LAYOUT

The papers should be written in good English and with headings, paragraphs, etc. in line with the following:

1. TITLE:

The title should be centred at top on first page, typed in upper case, bold, but not underlined.

2. AUTHORS AND AFFILIATIONS :

Authors’ names should be centerered underneath the title, bold, but not underlined, first given name followed by family name. The, then thefull address and the Email address should follow on a separate line.

3. ABSTRACT:

An abstract of not more than 100 words should be provided before the main body of the paper. The abstract should be ne an a, abbreviated accurate representation of the content of the paper. Major research objective and resullts should be given evidence, followed by methods and conclusions.and conclusions should be gience, followed by research objective and methods.

4. HEADINGS:

All headings, except for the title of the paper, should start from the left hand margin.

For the main headings, use upper case , bold not underlined letters. Do NOT number the headings!

Second order headings should be in lower case letters, the first word starting with a capital, bold but not underlined..

Third order headings should be underlined, not bold, in lower case letters.

5. SPACE BETWEEN PARAGRAPHS AND INDENTATIONS :

Allow one line space before all headings, but no empty lines between headings and text.

The first word after the heading should be indentded by two characters. Do not insert space between paragraphs. The first word of a new paragraph should be indented by two characters.

6. REFERENCES

References should be numbered in the text, using square brackets, in the order [1], [2], [3], as they appear in the text. A LList of references should be gathered in a numerical order at the end of the paper using standard reference principles as to journals, books, chapters in books, etc.

7. FOOTNOTES

Avoid footnotes and instead use brackets.

8. DIAGRAMS, TABLES AND FIGURES

These should be provided within the body of the text. They should be located close to their reference and in the text referred to as «Diagram 1», «Figure 3», etc. Each diagram, table and figure have a text below, using lower case letters. Number them as they occur in the text.

9. APPENDICES

If there are anynay appendices they should appear at the very end of the paper. The total length of the paper, including appendices, should not exceed 15 pages!
