AMOS YADLIN, Major General (ret.)

IDF Hero who Changed the Course Israel’s History.

Major General (ret.) Amos Yadlin served for over 40 years in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), nine of them as a member of the IDF General Staff. From 2006-2010, Maj. Gen. (ret.) Yadlin served as the IDF's Chief of Defense Intelligence. From 2004-2006, he served as the IDF attaché to the United States. Yadlin, a former deputy commander of the Israel Air Force, has commanded two fighter squadrons and two airbases. He has also served as Head of IAF Planning Department (1990-1993). He participated in the Yom Kippur War (1973) and Operation Peace for Galilee (1982). In 1981, General Yadlin was selected as a member of the squadron tasked with destroying the Osirak nuclear reactor in Iraq, a mission known as Operation Tamuz. According to the memoirs of President Bush, Vice President Cheney and Secretary of State Rice, General. Yadlin was also involved in a second mission to destroy the nuclear reactor in Syria in 2007. Since November 2011 Amos Yadlin has been the Director of Tel Aviv University's Institute for National Security Studies (INSS), the leading strategic studies think tank in Israel and one of the fifty leading institutes in the world.

Past Chairman of the American Heart Association, Former Chairman

and Chief Exeutive Officer of FINA, Inc.

Ron currently sits as Executive Chairman of AEI Services, LLC, an international power generation/distribution and natural gas distribution company and serves on the Boards of Alon USA Energy, Inc., a petroleum refining and marketing company and Petron Corporation, an oil refining and marketing company in the Philippines. Mr. Haddock also serves as Chairman of the Board of Visitors at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He was Chairman and CEO of Prisma International Energy, as well as Chairman and CEO of Prisma Energy International, the AEI predecessor company, from August 2003 to September 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Haddock was Chairman and CEO of FINA, from January 1989, until his retirement in July 2000.
