Location / Based at the American Express Community Stadium, Brighton
Hours / This is a Full time role, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Job Purpose / To assist in the development of the finance function of Albion In The Community. This includes the continuing improvement of systems, processes and reporting, whilst ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
Remuneration / Starting salary in the range £20k - £22k depending upon skills and experience

Role Accountabilities & Key Duties
1 / Work closely with the Head of Finance to ensure the smooth operation of the finance function
2 / Development and improvement of existing processes and procedures
3 / Assist in the production of financial statements and applications, preparation of
spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required
4 / Perform finance analysis, reporting and management tasks
5 / Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues
6 / Input accounting data into the accounting system
7 / Administering the purchase order system
8 / Reconcile bank statements within the accounting system
9 / Preparation of the weekly payment run
10 / Filing/archiving of invoices and other general finance admin
11 / Resolution of internal and external finance related queries
12 / Other ad hoc financial tasks
