A change of place begins with a change of pace.

Change is and has always been the very life blood of living. Getting better and improving your life requires change -- and change requires commitment and fixity of purpose. The changes you make, or fail to make for that matter, will in large measure determine your direction. Having the courage to make changes whenever and wherever necessary is the calling card of a champion.

You should never forget that changes, both large and small, begin and end with you. Virtually anything you want in life can be accomplished by implementing a little "change of pace." But in order to get where you want to go, you must first be willing to think in super BIG terms and then work in a super smart fashion to make your dreams a reality.

When you reach a point in your life when you are prepared to stop talking and dreaming about the life you want and instead are finally ready, willing and able to make it happen right now, rest assured you can make it happen in a big time hurry.

Rather than just going out and make things happen, far too often we fall into the trap of humbly accepting whatever crumbs life begrudgingly tosses our direction. Instead of unleashing our creativity on the BIG, EXCITING, LIFE CHANGING goals we would really love to accomplish, we sometimes have a tendency to focus on the little picture. Many adults in your life can see what you can become. Ask them! See what they believe you can do!

The doom and gloom crowd will be quick to toss in their two cents, telling you that you are not smart enough, not good enough and not "lucky" enough to make a difference. In fact, they will try to convince you that you’ll never have, be or do enough to stake your place in the history books. But who really cares what these people think anyway? Do not allow yourself to be subjected to this nonsense!

Whenever you are told that you "can't" do something, I want you to take a step back and then take a good, long look at the people offering this negative advice. Are these "can't do this, can't do that" counselors successful themselves? Almost never. Only the want-to-be winners, who are going nowhere and want to take you down with them, will tell you it "can't" be done. Why in the world should you ever be tempted to listen to them? There is an easy answer: You shouldn't!

While the losers work overtime attempting to tear you down, the real winners seek to build you up -- and keep you up. The most successful people will tell you it can be done and that you are the one to do it. Remember, only the beaten and downtrodden will tell you it "can't" be done. The real winners achieve their dreams in life primarily because they choose to ignore the doomsday crowd.

You should absolutely disregard anything the negative crowd has to say, since they're not going anyplace that you would want to go. Instead, we encourage you to associate with enthusiastic, optimistic, energetic and motivated people who provide an uplifting, positive influence in your life. You can begin charting your own trip to the top by constantly focusing on making those BIG, EXCITING, LIFE CHANGING goals you have set for yourself come true.

Please remember that a change of placebegins with a change of pace.

Do not wait; the time will never be 'just right'. Start where you stand, and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along.
