TENDER NOTICE
Sealed Tenders in single packet system are invited by Chief Signal and Telecom. Engineer for & on behalf of the President of India for the work of "Trenching, laying, backfilling, jointing, termination and testing of 6 quad cable & PIJF cable etc including supply, installation, testing & commissioning of way station equipments, Headquarter control equipments with power supplies and emergency sockets etc in SP/SSP/TSS in Gardarwara - Itarsi section of West Central Railway" with following details.

11 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ;
(i) Work Experience:- The Tenderer should have successfully completed, at least one similar work (defined in Tender document & para ii below) for a minimum value of 35% of advertised tender value of the work, in the last three financial years plus current year (with respect to date of opening of tender). Certificate from private individuals for whom such works are executed shall not be accepted.
(ii) Meaning of similar work: "Any OFC or OFC & Quad or Quad cable work or Signalling or Telecom cable work involving trenching, laying of such cable".
(iii) Total Contract amount received:- The tenderer should have received minimum of 150% of advertised tender value of the work in last three financial years plus current year (with respect to date of opening of tender). An attested certificate from the employer/client/audited balance sheet duly certified by chartered accountant must be submitted for the same.
NOTES:-
1. The Tenderer should read carefully all the clauses of tender document, specially the clauses related with Earnest money, Security deposit, Contract Performance Guarantee, eligibility criteria & the Building and other Construction Workers Welfare Cess & Tender Schedule etc. as given in the tender document.
2. Non transferable tender documents may be purchased by tenderers from this office during office hours (9.30 Hrs to 18.00 hrs) on working days on payment of non refundable amount of `.10,000/- (`.Ten Thousand only) per copy to be deposited in cash with Divisional cashier, Railway Electrification Allahabad or submitting a demand draft in favour of "FA & CAO/CORE, ALLAHABAD".
3. Tender forms can also be obtained by post by sending a demand draft for `.10,500/- (`.Ten thousand five hundred only) per copy in favour of "FA& CAO/CORE /ALLAHABAD" along with a request for the tender form.
4.Tender paper can also be downloaded from CORE’s website (http// In this case the tenderer shall enclose a demand draft of `. 10,000/- (`.Ten Thousand only) in favour of "FA & CAO/CORE/ ALLAHABAD" along with the tender.
5. In case the date of opening happens to be a holiday, the tenders shall be received and opened at the same time & place on the next working day. Tender shall be opened at Allahabad and after award of contract, signing of contract agreement, releasing of payments & DOC extension etc. shall be done at the office of Deputy Chief Signal & Telecom Engineer, Railway Electrification, Jabalpur
6. No plan/ drawing is attached with the Tender Document. If any plan/ drawing is required by the tenderer, it can be purchased @ Rs. 200/- per plan/ drawing from the office of Chief Signal & Telecom Engineer, Railway Electrification, Allahabad.
7. The tenderer shall submit all the documents in support of minimum eligibility criteria/credentials along with the tender. No document in support of minimum eligibility criteria/credentials will be accepted/entertained after opening of the tender.
