General Registration Information
Sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Session space is limited. REGISTER EARLY to avoid disappointment.
Late fee applicable for registrations postmarked after July 10, 2001.
Some sessions are designated for specific parties only.
Everyone, including a spouse, parents helper and children attending the conference must be registered and wear a nametag for identification and security purposes, as we will be sharing the campus with others.
Your spouse may register to attend sessions (includes lunch, and two snacks).
We encourage you to share this pamphlet. Please photocopy the registration form for multiple registrations.
To ensure your spot in sessions, full payment is required with registration form by credit card or cheque, money order payable to: LLLC BC/Yukon Conference
For confirmation of sessions, include a self-addressed stamped envelope or indicate on the registration form that you would like an emailed response.

Accommodations / Facility
Trinity Western University campus is located along the scenic drive to Fort Langley Historic Site and town, which boasts many shops and cafés. The campus itself has much to offer. You can stroll along the winding trail surrounding the campus perimeter or take advantage of the outdoor activities including tennis courts, basketball and sand volleyball.
Residence:
Trinity Western University residences are available for families or singles sharing with another guest. Residences are self-contained rooms with two beds, shared washrooms and spacious lounges. Each person should bring his/her own sleeping bag, pillow and towel. Children six and under stay free but need to supply their own bedding. Small kitchen facilities are available in residence lounges. Overnight accommodations include breakfast.

Children
…are always welcome at La Leche League conferences and sessions. All children attending must be registered for security purposes. Parents are reminded of the need for reasonable quiet in sessions for speakers and audience. Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Because babysitting is not provided, a parent helper (spouse, grandparent, or child 13 or older) may accompany you for a charge of $25 (snacks and lunch included, banquet extra).
A registration fee of $20 is applicable to children seven and up which includes lunch, two snacks (banquet extra) and unlimited participation in the Children's Program. A variety of activities will be available for older children up to age 12 years. The Children’s Program will include games, crafts, songs and stories. Children younger than five years must be accompanied by a parent or parent helper.
A Rock ‘n’ Rest Room will also be available where mother and baby can go for a change of pace and a relaxing, quiet time together.
Strollers are NOT permitted in the conference facility for safety reasons. An exception will be made for twins or a disabled mother or child. Please request a stroller tag on the registration form if necessary. We encourage the use of front or back baby carriers.

How to Get There
Heading east or west along Highway 1 (Trans Canada Hwy.) take exit #66 and head south along 232 St. The road takes a right hand bend and becomes Hwy 10; proceed along until the set of lights at Glover Rd. Make a right turn and continue along Glover Rd., where you'll see the campus just around the bend at 7600 Glover Rd. Coming from Tsawwassen ferry terminal head south along hwy 99. Take hwy 10 exit and proceed along hwy 10 until Glover Rd. Turn left on Glover Rd. heading north towards Fort Langley.
