Meeting Minutes
June 24, 2012
This session of Bremerton Soccer Club board meeting is called to order at 6:20p at OSSC conference room.

Reports-
Tracey spent an hour in the storage unit going through equipment and uniforms.
Treasurer states there is $700 in the BSC checking account and $9000 in the savings account, and no outstanding bills.
New Business-
The matter of Bremerton Soccer Club staying operating is in discussion. Tracey state she wants to continue BSC. Leith states he wants to continue as treasurer, Amber states she would like to resign as manager of equipment, and Terra wants to resign as registrar. Sarah states she will continue this next year as secretary and John agrees to continue as webmaster.
Last year 200+ children signed up with BSC.
The club needs positions to be filled.
Chris agrees to help prepare fields and put up BSC signs.
Jessica will post BSC signs at her work. Mike offers to help teach coaches and host a Saturday kick around for the kids when he returns from vacation.
Tracey will contact the city and the schools in regards to the fields.
David, Amber and Sarah will meet at the storage unit the following Thursday at 9a to go through and organize all the uniforms and equipment.
John will update the website and state registration is opened. Another meeting will be scheduled in 2 weeks to see how many people have signed up and announce the annual general meeting.
The early bird registration will be extended to July 27th.
Louie offers to bring in people to help fill vacant board positions temporarily if needed to get BSC through 2012.
Amber agrees to put up signs for BSC. Sarah agrees to pick up the mail for BSC.
Need to get camps advertised and possibly contact Bremerton High School coaches to see if they would be interested in working with the BSC kids.
