An inexperienced driver with an empty tractor trailer hit the brakes too hard during a rain event. The vehicle jackknifed and was not able to drive away on its own. The rain also hindered the TRIP company from reaching the scene on time. Response times did not meet. Zero payout.

A tractor trailer with a large load blew a tire, crossed into oncoming traffic and then returned to its correct side of the interstate. A driver towing a camper rolled its cargo while avoiding the wreck. The tower worked on both sides of the expressway to clear all the damaged vehicles.

A tractor trailer hit the guard rail and returned to the travel lanes where it struck another tractor trailer. Both vehicles caught fire. The GSP trooper on the scene required each lane to be cleared of debris one lane at a time as opposed to moving everything to the side at once. A conversation is needed with the responding GSP troop regarding quick clearance. Response times did not meeting. Zero payout.

A truck carrying cattle overturned. The ramp area was impacted by the incident. The cattle were offloaded and moved onto another vehicle. Lifting the trailer while it was loaded wasn’t an option due to the risk of damaging the animals. In the future, offloading animals might be considered worthy of a pause time.
