1.  Shall establish a positive attitude about learning while working with students.

2.  Shall implement high quality curriculum and instruction in a supportive and effective environment.

3.  Shall encourage a home learning environment for my students by providing appropriate take home learning actives.

4.  Shall send a Title I progress report home triannually. Progress reports will be sent home after each testing window.

5.  Shall schedule parent meetings with due consideration to parent/family needs.

Provide a quiet study time at home and encourage good study habits. / Encourage my child to read by reading to him/her and by reading myself.
Limit my child’s TV viewing and help select worthwhile programs. / Talk with my child about his/her school activities everyday.

Express high expectations and offer praise and encouragement for my child. / Find out how my child is doing in school by attending conferences, looking at school work, and calling the school.
