This course focuses on the importance of good oral communication skills for success in business. It provides practice for developing speaking and listening skills within the business environment for careers in selling, marketing, and management.

H.Technologically mediated instruction that could include online, televised, or other delivery methods. The instructor will make sure the delivery methods are accessible to students with disabilities or will provide alternative methods to meet the learning abilities of students with disabilities.

A.Upon completion of the course, students will be able to identify specific modes of information gathering about an audience by conducting an audience survey with seventy percent accuracy.
