Report and Notices  Schedule New Reports  INFOhio tab  Highlight CAT: Shelf List  Setup & Schedule
Enter data (check each tab)Save as TemplateSchedule New Reports  Templates tab Highlight report  Setup & Schedule  Run Now
Finished Reports  Highlight report  View (if Word) or Print (if Excel)
Uncheck View log (or Print log) and uncheck Format report for allINFOhio reports. / Set filepath to Microsoft Word or Excel.
Application to view reports:
C:\ Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE##\WINWORD.EXE
Application to print reports:
C:\ Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE##\EXCEL.EXE
1) Generate a (brief) shelf list report of nonfiction items in your library. / Item Selection tab
Library: BLDG code
Item group: NONFICTION
Output Options tab
Leave default or select another brief option, such as Publication Year.
2) Generate a brief shelf list report of fiction items that have never been checked out. / Item Selection tab
Library: BLDG code
Item group: FICTION
Number of total checkouts: =0
3) Generate a spreadsheet shelf list of items in a particular item group and display how many times each item has circulated. / Item Selection tab
