a) One of your fellow i-House Leaders comes from a different culture than you. As the weeks go by, you find that there are certain differences in living style from your culture (food kept in a different way, cleanliness, etc.). You accept that some of these differences are cultural, but you are concerned when they leave raw meat out of the refrigerator for days. How to you approach your fellow i-House Leader about your concerns?
b) You are planning an event with the other i-House Leaders. One of your fellow i-House leaders has conflicting opinions to you about the activities for the event; there is not enough time in this event to host both activities. What do you do to resolve this conflict?
c) How do you build community between students of differing cultural backgrounds? What specific ways can the i-House build this community at UMSL?
