DEC. 28 CALIFORNIA

Depart today for "Sunny California". Arrive in Los Angeles and upon arrival be met by your travel director and spend the rest of the morning in Santa Monica before afternoon check-in at the hotel. Enjoy the rest of your day at leisure. For those arriving after 12:00pm, transfer directly to the hotel. Enjoy the rest of your day at leisure.

Please note: More information and flight itineraries for those who opted to

purchase the charter flight through the band will be confirmed in the fall.

DEC. 29 SIGHTSEEING TOUR/GETTY MUSEUM

This morning enjoy breakfast, then a SIGHTSEEING tour of Los Angeles and Hollywood. See Mann's Chinese Theater and put your hands in your favorite actors cement imprints. Drive through Beverly Hills and, if time permits, Melrose Avenue with a stop at the La Brea Tar Pits. Enjoy lunch on your own at the historic Farmer's Market/Grove, then visit the GETTY CENTER MUSEUM. Enjoy a Welcome Reception with your travel director and other Niceville Family & Friends members.

DEC. 30 PASADENA/BANDFEST

Following breakfast in the hotel, travel to Pasadena for the day. Upon arrival at the Rose Bowl, there will be time to see hundreds of volunteers adding their final touches to the colorful floats. You will get a behind-the-scenes look at these impressive masterpieces. Depart the Rose Bowl for the Pasadena City College and get ready to view the talents of the Niceville Marching Band in this year's Tournament of Roses BANDFEST. Evening at leisure.

DEC. 31 SAN DIEGO ZOO

After breakfast in the hotel this morning, depart for San Diego to visit the SAN DIEGO ZOO, which cares for more than 4,000 individual animals representing 800 different species. Its collection of animals, as well as its plant collection of over 6,500 species, is acknowledged as one of the finest in the entire world. Return to the hotel in time to enjoy a nice New Year's Dinner on your own.

JAN. 1 ROSE PARADE / WICKED

Rise and Shine…this is the day you've dreamed about! Millions of people in more than 90 countries view the spectacular TOURNAMENT OF ROSES PARADE - not to mention the tens of thousands lining the parade route. You will have great reserved seats sitting in the same area as the band chaperones and staff that aren't marching. Return to the hotel and relax prior to heading to the Broadway production of WICKED.

JAN. 2 KNOTT'S BERRY FARM / R.M.S. QUEEN MARY

Enjoy breakfast in the hotel before departing for a "berry" good time at KNOTT'S BERRY FARM, a 150-acre complex with 100- plus rides and dozens of restaurants and shops, best known for its roster of awesome thrill rides. This evening, it's a private farewell celebration dinner on the R.M.S. QUEEN MARY with the band.

There will be a separate room for the DJ to spin the tunes and plenty of room for dancing. Then it's back to the hotel for your final night in California!

JAN. 3 FLORIDA

After breakfast in the hotel, fly home after a fun-filled week in

Southern California.

You might want to visit Hollywood and see the Mann's Chinese

Responsibility: Grueninger Tours and Cruises, Inc., d.b.a. Grueninger Music Tours “GMT”, is acting as intermediary or as agent for suppliers in selling services or in accepting reservations or bookings for services which are not directly supplied by this travel agency (such as air carriage, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, cruises, etc.) This agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your ticket, invoice or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers rates, bookings or reservations. Your retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement on your part to convey the contents hereof to your travel companions or group members. Grueninger Music Tours herein gives notice that it cannot be held responsible for any disruption of travel and/or related services in “troubled areas” due to the monetary crisis, political or social unrest, labor problems, mechanical or construction difficulties, climatic aberrations, local laws, diseases or novel conditions. If due to weather, flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors, you are required to spend an additional night, you will be responsible for your own hotel, transfers and meal costs. No refund will be made for any unused portion of the tour due to these causes or voluntary cancellations. Baggage is at the owner’s risk entirely. No revisions of the printed itinerary or the “Included Features” are anticipated; however, GMT, Inc. reserves the right to make changes at any time or for any reason, with or without notice, and GMT, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to passengers by reason of such cancellation, substitution or changes. All fares as well as times are subject to change without prior notice. GMT, Inc. shall not be required to refund any portion of the fare nor make any other compensation under these circumstances. All disputes are to be settled by arbitration in Indianapolis, Indiana within 60 days after either party receives a request.

Tours A & C
$600 per person is due now at registration (credit card or check). On July 5, 2007 a second deposit of $300 per person is required (check only). Final payment is due on October 19, 2007 (check only).
Tours B & D
$250 per person is due now at registration (credit card or check). On July 5, 2007 a second deposit of $300 per person is required (check only). Final payment is due on October 19, 2007 (check only).
A $35 late fee will be charged for payments overdue. No payment reminders will be sent! / Cancellation Policy Tours A & C
Complete refunds are given up to April 30, 2007, (12:00 p.m. EST). Cancellations May 1, 2007 to July 5, 2007 will incur a $500 cancellation fee per person. Cancellations July 5, 2007 to September 28, 2007 will incur a $700 cancellation per person. Cancellations September 29, 2007 to October 19, 2007 will incur a $1000 cancellation per person. No refunds on or after October 20, 2007.
Tours B & D
Cancellation Policy: Complete refunds are given up to August 30, 2007 less a $50 cancellation fee per person. Cancellations September 1, 2007 to September 28, 2007 will incur a $200 cancellation fee per person. Cancellations September 29, 2007 to October 19, 2007 will incur a $500 cancellation per person. No refunds on or after October 20, 2007.

In order to avoid penalties, we strongly suggest purchasing travel protection (offered through National Tour Association - Berkeley Arm) to cover the non-refundable amount of your tour. This will cover your non-refundable amount in the event of an accident or illness. Cost of the travel protection plan depends on the number of travelers. A NTA brochure will be mailed to you upon registration. If you need to have coverage for a pre-existing illness you will need to purchase the enhanced package per person for the entire amount of the tour as entailed in the NTA brochure. The Enhanced NTA travel protection registrations must be received directly by NTA within 10 days of registration.
