COURSE OBJECTIVES

-  Establish the sacramentality of Baptism, Eucharist and Ministry in major Christian churches.

-  Appreciate the role of the Ecumenical movement.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

-  Articulate the theological significance of Baptism, Eucharist and Ministry (BEM).

-  Identify the common and divergent doctrines of BEM in major Christian churches.

-  Comprehend the various initiatives of resolving divergent doctrines.

-  Examine avenues of BEM in promoting Christian values in society.

ASSESSMENT OF THE MODULES

The content of the course is relevant to the academic needs of the students. It is friendly to Christian life. The level of study is well-articulated. However, students need to improve their capacity for reading theological material. Students appreciate work which involves personal library study.
