New Member Sweepstakes

The New Member Sweepstakes ("sweepstakes") is sponsored by the Montana Wildlife Federation, 5530 North Montana Ave, Helena, MT, 59602 ("MWF"). MWF is the source of funds used to purchase prizes.
The sweepstakes drawing will be held on August 31, 2015 at noon at the Montana Wildlife FederationOffice in Helena, MT. The winner will be notified promptly. Payment not required to win. Presence at drawing not required to win.
WHEN:
The sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2015 at 12:00 am Mountain Standard Time ("MST") and ends on August 31, 2015 12:00 pm (noon) MST. All entries for the sweepstakes must be at MWF Headquarters by 12:00 pm (noon) MST on August 31, 2015.
ELIGIBILITY:
The sweepstakes is open to all residents of the United States, including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees of MWF, their advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers and their immediate family (defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law. MWF reserves the right to verify, in its sole judgment, ticket holder eligibility. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. By participating, the ticket holder agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of MWF, which are final and binding in all respects.
HOW TO ENTER:
A ticket will be automatically provided to all persons who sign up as a new member between June 1, 2015 and noon August 31, 2015 excluding those already deemed ineligible. Any person may submitone entry without charge by completing the sweepstakes entry form and returning it to MWF as indicated. All entries become the exclusive property of MWF, and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by MWF. Payment not required to win. Presence at drawing not required to win. MWF is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.
LEGAL CONDITIONS:
By entering the sweepstakes, you agree to these entry terms and the following legal conditions:
Selection of Potential Winners: The sweepstakes drawing will be held on August 31, 2015, at noon at the MWF Annual Meeting. MWF will randomly select one winner from among all eligible entries received.
Verification of Potential Winners: Sweepstakes winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these official rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The winner will be notified by phone call, mail or email after the drawing. The winner will be required to sign and return a receipt indicating that their respective prizes have been received, and to provide the following information to MWF: the winner’s Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Phone Number, and the identification number from a government-issued identification (e.g. driver’s license or passport). This receipt must be received by the MWF Executive Director within ten (10) calendar days of the receipt of their prize. Please allow 90 days for delivery of all prizes.
Prizes: MWF reserves the right to substitute the prizes with another prize of greater or equal value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes.
Publicity: By accepting a prize, winners consent to MWF's use of his or her photograph, name, city and state for promotional and advertising purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
General Conditions: MWF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or suspend the sweepstakes should virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond MWF's reasonable control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the sweepstakes. In such event, MWF reserves the right to award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. MWF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these official rules. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage MWF's website or undermine the legitimate operation of this sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, MWF reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. MWF's failure to enforce any term of these official rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Release: By receipt of the prize, winners agree that MWF, their employees, board of directors, sweepstakes coordinator, attorneys, their advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers, printers or mail houses, agents, or representatives (collectively, the “companies”) are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or from winner's participation in the sweepstakes.
Limitations of Liability: In no event will the companies be responsible or liable for (1) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by ticket holders, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network, hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to ticket holder's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from ticket holder's participation in the sweepstakes, receipt or use or misuse of any prize, or from downloading any material from MWF's website, regardless of whether the material was prepared by MWF or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to MWF’s website by a hypertext link. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on MWF’s website is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
Disputes: The sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Ticket holder agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved with the companies, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Lewis and Clark County, Montana, which court shall apply the laws of the State of Montana. In any such dispute, ticket holder shall, under no circumstances, be entitled to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than ticket holder’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (if any) associated with participating in the sweepstakes. Ticket holder hereby waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
Data Collection and Privacy: MWF collects personal information from each ticket holder when entering the sweepstakes.
