The WMO Steering Group on Radio Frequency Coordination (SG-RFC) Meeting will meet at the San Diego Marriott Mission Valley Hotel. The Marriott Mission Valley Hotel is located in the same vicinity as the Mission Valley Doubletree Hotel, which is the venue of the ITU Working Party 7B/C/D meetings the following week. Room reservations can be made at either hotel or at alternate hotels in the area. Those attending the ITU meetings the following week may find it convenient to stay at the Doubletree Hotel the entire time (note that the room rate is higher for March 1 and 2 than the remaining nights of the SG-RFC meeting or the ITU meetings and the negotiated ITU rate is nearly sold out) The Mission Valley area is approximately 6 miles from downtown San Diego. Since demand for hotels in the San Diego area can be high during this time, potential attendees are encouraged to make their reservations as soon as possible.

ITU meeting rate of $129 US is valid for March 3 – 14 (group code IPR). The rate for March 1 and 2 is $169.00 US. However, the ITU meeting rate is close to being sold out as of January 25, so the $169 rate may only be available at time of booking.
